Our Ayurvedic consultation is a comprehensive 90-minute session to address your unique health concerns. During this time, we’ll explore your diet, lifestyle, physical health, mental clarity, emotional well-being, and energy levels. From this in-depth assessment, I’ll provide personalized recommendations for your diet and lifestyle and, if necessary, a custom herbal prescription to support your journey back to balance.
Initial consultation
- 75 minutes of consultation, including wellness plan and herbal prescription – £75

- Initial consultations with two follow-up sessions – £120
Follow up session
- 30 to 60 minutes – review of your progress, make any necessary adjustments to your wellness plan, and ensure that you’re feeling empowered every step of the way – £45
